- Zwirly machines are commercial equipment intended for business use only.
- Buyer is responsible for complying with local health department and regulatory requirements.
- Payment in full must be received prior to shipment.
- Deposits become non-refundable upon purchase.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
- Warranty terms are governed by the official Zwirly Warranty.
- InteliVend Inc. shall not be liable for lost profits or consequential damages.
