Due to the custom, commercial nature of the equipment, refunds are not available once production has commenced.

Deposits are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event of damage during transit, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty service is provided in accordance with the Zwirly Warranty Policy.

Consumables, spare parts, and custom branded materials (such as cups) are non-refundable.
