The Zwirly Ambassador Program is a strategic initiative designed to build a network of dedicated field agents who will represent the Zwirly Counter-Top Soft Serve Machine and the Zwirly brand. Ambassadors will be compensated for handling machine installations, providing warranty support to local accounts (through both phone and in-person service), and representing the brand during scheduled sales presentations.

Revenue Streams for Ambassadors:

Machine Installations:
1–5 installs: $400 per install
6–10 installs: $450 per install
10+ installs: $500 per install - Warranty Repairs: $65 per hour
- Sales Commissions: $500 per sale if referred and $1,000 per sale made without referral.
- Discounted Equipment: Build your own route of Zwirly’s and turn something part time in to a full time venture.
Ambassador Role & Responsibilities
Each Ambassador operates as an independent contractor (1099 status) within a designated service region.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conducting pre-installation assessments and site surveys.
- Completing Zwirly installations.
- Responding to warranty service calls within 24 hours.
- Assisting in machine sales through in-person Zwirly presentations.
- Carrying and distributing spare parts as needed (inventory provided by Zwirly at no cost).
Performance Reviews: Quarterly evaluations will ensure compliance with program expectations.
